Please don't go changing the forums around without discussion.

We already have a topic for "Freedom of Information" which included transparency in it's description. There was no reason to rename the Open Source topic IMHO. I've reverted it back and I've changed the name of the other topic so it's clearer where transparency issues should be discussed.
