G'day folks

I would like to offer my services as a web developer to help the PPNZ in their goals.

The following is meant as constructive criticism, not as an personal insult to the original developer...

From a design perspective, I personally find the site a little... whats the word.... "default" looking. I just point this out because if someone were to come across the site, they might be given the impression that the PPNZ isnt "serious", especially given that some of the core policies concern the internet's place in the modern world (or more specifically NZ in general). Again, this isnt meant as a sledge, just my perspective on the site.

About myself, I used to be a web developer many years ago, but fell out of it (but I kept up to date with the latest techs and design techniques, just as a hobby more than anything). I am however looking to get back into it. I know HTML5, CSS3, PhP, MySQL and jQuery.

Thoughts?

PS: My services would of course be free of charge

I fully support you if the other members wish to have a better designed website. I would think we would look better prepared to the voters with a professional site design.
