The Pirate Party of New Zealand is proud to announce that we're now accepting membership applications to become members of the party. The fee for joining the party is $10.00, donations are welcome. The first 500 people to join the party will be known as Foundation Members. This is because the minimum number of members required to register a party is five hundred.

There are three simple steps required to join the party, these are detailed on the Join page of the website. The application form can be filled in using most PDF readers, then printed, signed and dated and then sent back to us either by post or by email.

Once we have received both your application form and the $10.00 fee to join, we will email a receipt and 'Welcome to the Party' message to confirm that you are now part of the crew, part of the ship. For the foundation members, their welcome email will contain a certificate acknowledging their early involvement and foundation member status with the party. Each certificate will have a number between 1 and 500, to show where out of the five hundred people they registered.
