The subject line is the slogan of the German pirates and is a play on words. German pirates would cry "Klarmachen zum entern" and translates roughly to "prepare to board". They changed entern (board) to aendern (change) so the call is "Prepare to change"

The next target is the state of North Rhine Westfalia. The polls are predicting that on Sunday the Pirates will win 8-9% of the votes and so take seats in their 4th German state parliament.
